Definitely!! We keep a table in the lobby stocked with current menus from some of our favorite restaurant neighbors.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel. Our pet guidelines are detailed below. If you have any additional questions about our policy, feel free to call our front desk at (309) 662-2020. Pet Policy: Pet must be 25lbs or under, guests must reserve a double queen room on our 1st level floor, and there is a $35.00+tax pet fee per day you stay. Our pet rooms are limited and on a first come first serve basis. To ensure there are no issues at check-in, please let the hotel front desk staff know if you planning to travel with your furry friend so that accommodations can be made to guarantee your pet friendly room.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00PM and Check-Out time is by 11:00 AM.
Can we request early check-in or late check-out?
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out time.
For Early Check-In: Guests can call the front desk at (309) 662-2020 the morning of their arrival date to verify if we have any rooms available for check-in before the 3:00PM check-in time. If a room is available we are more than happy to allow you early access to your room. Please note that depending on check-in time, a half day rate charge may apply. The front desk staff will be able to confirm any additional fees at the time of early check-in.
For Late Check-Out:
Late check out between 11:01am and 1:00pm will incur a $40 late check-out charge.
Late check out between 1:01pm and 6:00pm will incur a half-day’s rate charge
Any check outs after 6:01pm will be assessed a full day’s rate charge
Do you have onsite laundry services?
Yes, on our first level floor we have 2 coin washers and 2 coin dryers for our guest's needs.
Q: How old do you need to be in order to check into a hotel room?
We require an ID at check-in that indicates the guest checking into the room is 21 or older.
Can we smoke in your hotel rooms?
No, The Chateau Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We have several areas outside the hotel doors available for our guests to use as designated smoking areas. If we find that a guest has smoked in one of our rooms, there will be an incidental fee of $250.00 +tax that will be charged to the card that was placed on file at the time of check-in.
